Prototype model being tested out on my Ranger. These are motorized. Pops down when you open the door, folds up when the door is closed. (I have them connected to a receiver, hence why they are down for the photos when the door is closed). I like the clean design. Thoughts?

Difference between these and powersteps?

Hi Dan,

I like what is going on here. Unlike the powerstep that folds up against the rocker panel, this design presnets a clean side appearance. Very nice! Not for me, but I think this will be a hit if the wiring and the reliability is there.

Best,

Phil,

Thanks for the kind words. I agree that this design looks better!

I'm interested depending on the price. Most other offerings are upwards of a $1,000 and I just cant bring myself to spend that on something I use to just (not pun intended) step on.
Jack, whenever I find out some pricing, I will be sure to post up. These are the first ones, so I believe we are a few months away from them being on sale.

They look nice, but then again your truck looks really good, so it makes them even better!

They look great and hide the ugly pinch seam as well. Would love to see these come to market under $800....doubtful though.

If I had to venture a guess they are going to be north of $1000. At least every power amp brand running board I've ever seen has been.

That'll be great to have. I don't like having them be stuck permanently
