What’s up everyone. I recently had a 2020 Ford Ranger Lariat fall into my hands and it is fully stock. This is my first truck and I have no idea what to do mod wise. Do you guys have any suggestions? A few things that come to mind are:

-Center console tray
-Window tint
-Window rain guards
-Bug deflector
-Tune
-Suspension - especially if you have the Fx4 package you'll see a huge improvement
-Tires & wheels
-303 detailing products of course for the interior & exterior

When it comes to mods, I think the first question is what do you plan on using the truck for? Work, hitting trails on the weekend, grocery getter, daily driver… That will kind of point you in the direction of what mods and accessories to start looking at.

As far as mods to your truck go I will echo what the other members said. What are you planning to use it for and base your modifications upon this decision.
Keep one hand on your wallet lol, and retain a sense of humor.

Nice color and appears to be in great shape. Seeing you have a bug deflector and tonneau, for appearance and function I'd add Weathertech in channel air deflectors.
