Had new bilstein shocks put on today. Now there's a warning on the screen to check around behind me on the passenger side. Cleaned off the taillights as I thought the sensor was in there. Didn't help. How can changing shocks screw up what, Ford Co pilot 360?

if it affected the height of the truck, it may need recalibrated

Since you had them put on, my guess is they bumped a backup sensor. Or a wire for one is loose. Is it the back up beep or cross traffic warning? Cross traffic uses the blind spot monitoring radar in the taillight.

The Taillamp Housing contains the (SOD) Side Obstacle Detection or AKA BLIS module.
This gives you the (Mirror) light for Blind Spot it also serves as the Cross Traffic Alert when in reverse and you have cross traffic behind you.

The Rear Parking Sensors (4ea) alert when in Reverse and an obstacle is detected near the bumper. (The small round discs) in the bumper.
This is indicated the same as the Front Parking Sensors, a Yellow / Red indication on the Sync Screen.
One of the sensors may be dirty or got knocked out of place or the wire harness got bumped / damaged in the process.

I would try cleaning the surface of the sensors and resetting any codes (if any) and also note on the sync screen which sensor is triggering - R- Inner or R-Outer

It's a back beep. Shows left side.

Connector on the sensor is probably loose, i have that issue occasionally. New rear shocks wouldn't effect any of those systems as shocks alone don't effect ride height
