Need Painted Door

Hey guys
For the 2nd time in 6 months a deer has decided to hit my truck.
this time in the driver rear door.
we tried pointless dent removal method butI’m not happy with the result. So my body shop wants to put a new skin on which I do not like
I would rather like to find a door that’s piapinted my color and put my interior panel etc on it and be done. My truck is the race red color. Any one know where or someone to contact that maybe able to help.

There are quite a few of them listed on car-part.com. Shipping can be expensive for parts this size, but not impossible.
