Still putting the salvage Ranger back together. Finally got the Eibach struts installed and most of the front end above the bumper.

Some pieces in the driver side fender well are obviously missing. It would be a huge help if someone could maybe share a couple of pictures of that area. I may head over to a local Ford dealer and see if they have a 2019 to 2023 Ranger on their lot I can look at, or find one someplace else.

What's strange is the passenger side liner covers most of the area at the front of the fender well. The driver side leaves a lot of space over and in front of the fender well. The Ford parts diagram shows a few splash shield pieces including one that says "left front." I have the rubber pieces that mount to the frame around the struts.

Then there's the Action brand piece that doesn't look like anything in the Ford parts diagram.

Thank you in advance.

Thats the way they come, just as your pics show. Drivers side is really only "a half liner" from front to back. Your not missing anything....but can't see if the rubber water shield covering the oil filter area is there. Its not really a liner, just a rubber shield that covers the open area where oil filter is located.
Same on passenger side...there is only a partial liner just as you have, but it does look like your missing the rubber water/splash shield that covers the opening to the engine compartment.
Should be listed on the schematic as a water shield

Give me a few minutes and I'll take a pic of mine.
Pic 1 and 2 are drivers side, 3,4,5 are pass side. Both are held on by plastic push pins that match the holes in the lip. However on drivers side most of us ditch the pins as they have to come off everytime you change oil filter...I replaced with some magnets that hole the shield and easy to remove when changing filter.

Thank you for the reply and pics. Unfortunately you missed the part in my post where I said that I have all the rubber pieces that mount to the frame around the struts. I also have a bag of push pins so those aren't an issue.

What I need specifically is what's at the front of the fender well. I know you said there's nothing there, but the Ford parts diagrams clearly show a plastic splash shield that goes somewhere in the fender well. The problem is their diagrams don't show exactly where they go and many times show illustrated images that don't match the actual part.

The half liner on the driver side makes absolutely no sense. At first I thought someone had cut part of it off until noticing it was manufactured that way. Worst case I may fabricate something just to keep rocks and mud from entering the opening in the radiator support. Just a stupid design.

Only thing I see missing are the molded plastic pieces I'm posting. One on each side, and separate from the liner itself. Positioned just above the crash bars.
Its like a filler between the liner/fender and bumper.

I think you're definitely missing something here... my 2021 Super Cab has these on both sides.

Excellent. Thank you. Now I can see where some of the parts go that are on the Ford parts diagram. There's one square-ish inner shield part on the diagram shown in the original post that I still don't see where it goes, but no big deal.

This rebuild is lifted with Roush wheels, larger tires and a Rough Country bumper. The crash bars are gone. So neither the crash bar cover or upper splash shield inserts would be needed.

I still find it bizarre that the liner on the driver side does not cover the inside front of the fender well while the passenger side does. I can see that square opening filling up with gravel, rocks and mud unless it's covered. What were the engineers thinking to cover the passenger side but leave the driver side exposed? Have to do my own engineering there I guess. May also spray some bedliner-type coating on the exposed areas that will get sprayed with gravel.
