Currently have Bilstein 5100 setup all around (2 front struts and 2 rear shocks). I have the front set to 1.8 inch and it gives the truck a nice level. I'm currently running 30 inch tires, but looking to upgrade (mainly for aesthetics). I've been looking at 255/70R18 tires and am wondering if you all think I could go bigger without having to modify the crash bars.

Thanks

I have that size and they fit perfect. I only have about 1” of lift in the front

I ran 255/75/17 on my all stock 2022 xlt fx2 Ranger. Ran beautifully, never rubbed a tire.

I did have a tailgate strut assist

I went up .8" with Eibachs and I had 4 new Continental Terrain Contact AT's in 265/70x17 put on. About 1/2" wider than the stock Hankook 265/65R17 and a good inch taller. Nothing hits.

I’ve got 265/70/18 with same lift using eibach. Just very minor rub sometimes on one side when wheel is fully turned.

Unlifted, I installed 255/75/17s, a true 32" tire, on the skinnier side which is as critical as diameter, given how the tire turns in its wheel well. Now with a suspension lift, I'm confident I could go to a 33" on a 255 (I think that's 255/85/17 but check my math), given the clearances I have now. You're more limited by tire height when you go with wide, poked out tires.
