Got the letters, hood struts, spark plugs installed today:

And most importantly…. The damper!:

The drive after felt a little more responsive. Probably has ~51 more horsepower (1 from the new Ruthenium plugs and 50 from the damper). The old plugs were in decent shape but happy to get them changed just so I know:

I am more than satisfied with everything after the install! The letters look way better than the empty tailgate, the hood struts made changing the plugs a lot easier, the plugs seem to be performing well ant this point and the damper is a damper soooooo…..

And after the driving today I’m unsure about bothering with the transmission diagnostics. It was buttery smooth today. I’m thinking at this point I’ll install the other sensors when I get them, reset the adaptive tables, do the relearn process as best I can, and see how things are.

Got all the new sensors installed and reset the KAM. Struggled to get tow/haul mode to shift well (going into 2nd was always a bit harsh). Standard drive has improved tremendously. Only the occasional delayed shift from 3 to 4 on the first drive of the day. Next up is getting the transmission fluid changed, the pan swapped and the MBS dipstick added on. Then I want to get the suspension figured out. Will start a thread with the options I’m looking at.
