I've been browsing these forums since I got my '19 Ranger back in December of 2019. I wanted to share some recent and BIG updates that I've done with everyone here. First off, for specifics, I have a '19 XLT 2wd Supercab Ranger with the 302a and chrome package (I hate chrome, but the deal was too good to turn it down). I've taken it off road road quite a bit (with stock tires) around my house since there is so much desert to explore. "Unfortunately" I had to get new tires very soon and I knew I wanted to go bigger. So... Here it is in all it's glory with 285/70/17's. I've done a few other mods which I will note down below. Here ya go!

Mods:
- Ford Ranger Lifts 3" Level Kit
- Pathfinder 285/70/17 Tires (Cheaper tire, but I've used them before with my old F150 and they last surprisingly long)
- Raceline 947b Scout 17x8.5 +18mm offset
- Roush CAI
- Tubrosmart BOV
- Badflag.com flag mount (It's held up great so far but I'm still skeptical on the design)
- Air Dam delete

*Note - I have zero rubbing at full lock in drive. I do, however, have rubbing while in reverse at over 50% lock. I'll need to modify the rear crash bar.

Future Mods:
- Charge pipes
- Exhaust
- Tune

Thanks for checking it out guys! Let me know if you have any questions or advice.

Nice!! Love hearing about 2wd going off road! Proper tires and air pressure, readi g terrain and a little luck......
I have a 2020 xlt 4x2, all stock, use for towing, work and play. Trying to wear out current street tires for a more aggressive set. Ha

Looking to do a similar setup, what mpg are you getting?
Sorry for my absence. I'm getting about 22mpgs with mixed driving (using the pump calculation and not the vehicles). Stay away from washes when wheelin a 2wd, ask me how I know :)

Hey neighbor, I'm just south of you down in Goodyear. I never saw your OP but good to see another Ranger close by me. I've seen more stock ones in my area lately but nothing modded, yours looks great!

ok, i'll bite....how do you know??
Stay away from washes, especially during a thunderstorm, then you won't have to get pulled out by a Tacoma....

I have seen a lot of Ranger's popping up in my area, even modded ones too. It's fun to see.

So an update on the level kit... not happy with it. Not the specific product that I bought, but with the ride of the ranger especially with a level kit. I ordered an Eibach stage 1 kit (front and rear) as well as Grimm UCA's. Doing it right this time.
