Ford Tracking rejecting my order number and VIN

Followed my order on Ford Tracking from build until two days before it was suppose to be delivered to the dealer. Now my order number and VIN are not being recognized. The site is saying to please enter the correct order number and VIN. Dealer is saying they don’t know wher the truck is, they are trying to find it. Anyone know why after three months the Ford Tracking site would not recognize my order number and VIN? Starting to be a little concerned.

This happens on occasion with the Ford sight. I would try back in a day or two.

Today we had a truck that was noted as delivered to our store on a customer's Ford tracker and when we finally got to the bottom of it's they couldn't fit it on the transport and it hadn't left the last shipping depot yet. ?

This happened to me the other day also, Its just a glitch in the system I just checked mine and all is good.

Ancient technology now, but in the 80's I was a salesman at an Olds and Cadillac dealer. I remember once we had a car that got lost in one of the big shipping yards for a month. Shipping company just lost track of it. When it did arrive it was half covered in mud.

Tried to log in to Ford Tracking this morning; fourth day now,same message. Hoping I hear something positive from the dealer today. The window given for delivery was Oct. 15-21. I’m sure its somewhere.?
Its definitely not on their lot. They have a lot of Bronco’s, but only two new Rangers.

Well after getting continuous assurances that the dealer was working on tracking down my truck, I called Ford Customer Service. In less than two minutes I learned that it was right here in Albuquerque sitting in the rail yard. As someone who worked for Land Rover North America , supervising construction of dealerships , except for taking your money , most everything else seems to be a challenge for a lot of them??

I noticed it isn't working for me either. I had the page open and it was showing my Ranger but upon refreshing my vin and order number are no longer recognized. Interestingly, just before refreshing, I noticed a "Built" date was finally showing. It showed "Built" on 10/23. Not bad for a Ranger with an 8/12 Blend date. Over the weekend the estimated delivery date changed to 11/4 so maybe there is some truth with that date.
