MBRP Exhaust anyone?

Anyone in or around Orange County, CA interested in the MBRP 3" Cat-Back, Dual Split Rear Exit Exhaust System (Aluminized Tip)? I purchased it and installed it but it’s not really what I was looking for. If interested, we could meet up so you could hear how it sounds. If you like it, $400, and it’s yours. I’d even help you install it if you want. I’ve only had it on the truck for a few hundred miles. Some people say I’m just being too picky with the sounds but either way, I don’t want it anymore. ?

What didn’t you care for with it? I have this on my watch/browse list but just kicking tires so far.

It just wasn’t quite the sound I expected. For me it’s still too quiet. In my opinion, it sounds like what the truck should have came with and then you would upgrade from there. My friends have all said it sounds good but I’m just not happy with it.

From the (few) videos I’ve seen/heard, it does seem too quiet for me as well. However, it also seems like it’s the closest I can get to without it being too loud for the neighborhood (in my opinion).

This talk makes me think it's the cat-back system for me (in full stainless). I would like a wee bit more noise at the tailpipe, really just to balance what I hear from the engine bay. Our mighty four-banger is never going to sound good. A Matra V12 it is not.
