Maps update Sync 3.4

Hi guys, i am trying many times to upgrade my ranger wildtrak 2019 with the new map update 8.3Gig but sync 3.4 comes up with an error code (Mem_Err01) does anyone have any idea what is it please?

Just googled that error and a quick look shows this to be a possible fix:

Do a master reset and then attempt the upgrade again.

The other possibility is a corrupted USB drive - try doing a full format (not a quick format) and re-copy the files to the drive again - but it appears maybe a master reset will fix it. Did the process get interrupted or have some issues on one attempt? It sounds like that issue is an out of space issue.

A master reset shouldn't really cause any problems except for having to re-add your phone/station presets, etc.
