Just got home from hauling a 5,500 pound load on tiny, up to 10% grade roads for a total of 350 miles. She never broke a sweat! 16mpg over the whole trip.

That little four banger really does the trick!

You sure that was only 5500lbs?

I would guess at least 2k for just the trailer, and that old Detroit iron is heavy.

So MPG while towing???? did you get 16 also?
depends on grades. But Yes that's about what I average. I can get better mileage towing on flat ground freeway speeds of 55-65 then I do in normal City driving! :p
