2019 Ranger Lariat. Started today and display is messed up. Can’t access anything but the map. Also, seat heaters were on (not by us). No devices connected but screen says “device connected successfully.” See attached imagery

Could be a glitch and you can try pressing the volume and FF buttons together which will reboot the screen. If that doesn't work you can also try disconnecting the battery for a minute and seeing if that helps.

Yesterday around 2:45 p.m., I got in the truck (phone was with me which is paired with my Ranger) and couldn't get any radio audio (yes I checked it was ON and sound turned up). I had a message on the screen saying Searching for Satellite Signal. I had to drive about 4 miles before the sound came on. I've driven than stretch of high way for years so I no it's not a cell phone dead zone, so couldn't be related to that. What was going on? Any ideas?

Were you using Sirius XM for the radio (you didn't specify what radio)?
If so, that message is indicating it couldn't find the Sirius satellites at the time, so you wouldn't have any audio. If this is not the case, please specify what you mean by radio audio.

Yes Sirius radio. Stranger, because I drive that stretch of road every day and never got that message before.
