First post here. I have learned a lot on this forum and thank you everyone for your great info. Here is my problem:
After having an amp installed in my Ranger XLT warning sounds are no longer coming from speakers but from what appears to be a backup noise maker in the dashboard. I have noticed before, that when you disconnect a speaker the same thing happened... it's like if one speaker is malfunctioning or the speaker circuit is interrupt then the head unit sends the warning sounds to the dashboard. Has anyone encountered this problem and solved it?
