Just like any other profession....there's good and bad, and unfortunately the bad are the one's we hear about the most.
I meet a lot in my profession, I struggle to think of good ones.

I could count on one hand.

Dealing with lawyers can be overwhelming, especially if you're unsure what to expect. When it comes to a car accident, it's natural to feel stressed about the next steps. I’ve seen that having a good lawyer can make a difference. They can help sort through all the complicated stuff and ensure you're not getting the short end of the stick.

If you’re in the St. Petersburg area, you might want to check out this https://flinjurylawattorney.com/. They have experience and could help take some of that burden off your shoulders. It's all about finding someone you feel comfortable with and who knows their stuff. Sometimes, having that extra support can make the whole process smoother.

p.s. hi, folks

My son is an attorney....however, he is a partner in a firm that deals strictly with patent law and patent infringement.
He will tell you that he hates the "troll lawyers" that you see on TV, or who mail out letters trolling for clients....they give the good lawyers a bad rap, as the good one's get lumped in with the bad one's.
No offense intended... But there are no "Good" lawyers. You ever watch SUITS? Just like there are no "Good" politicians. I count them right up there with Used Car salesmen and most Ministers. Greed rules the day!

I somewhat recant my statements above... replace "no" with "precious precious few", as in minuscule.

And FWIW, I am not a cynic. I am actually quite hopeful about the future. Just not here on earth...

Two guys walk into a bar to have a couple of cold ones. Soon the conversation turns to lawyers, and the one guy says "as far as I'm concerned all lawyers are a**holes". Suddenly another guy at the other end of the bar pipes up "I heard that and I resent that statement"! So guy number one asks "why- are you a lawyer"? And he answers "no, I'm an a**hole"!

Should you have an interest - link to gallup poll rating of professions, nurses most trusted, members of congress least, lawyers pretty far down, surprisingly to me it that dentist rank high. Clergy are rated but conspicuously absent are internet site moderators

https://news.gallup.com/poll/608903/ethics-ratings-nearly-professions-down.aspx
I bet dentists are low because many do unnecessary work, kinda like auto mechanics, to pad the bill. They have a ton of overhead to make a living on $75 fillings. My ex is a hygienist an saw some shady stuff an moved on from those offices as soon as possible.

I see engineers are high on the list (my three boys are mechanical engineers). I would move them down if they worked on the 10r80

Don't be too hard on the engineers, initially they had a good design for an eight speed, so then marketing said no we have to go one better than ZF so you need to cram two more ratios in there, so they did that, then they said it's too heavy we can't make our EPA targets, you have to make it 20kg lighter, so they did that, then they said it's still too expensive, so they replaced some of the "less" important machined bits with plastic and stamped metal, then they said, remove the dipstick and drain plug, and find an oil that can last 5 years ~90% of the time, so we can say it never needs servicing, and voila something that looks good on paper but....

It did say dentists are high but i agree with you. We haven't been able to find a dentist for about 10 yrs that isn't trying to up-sell you on 303 or dampers for your teeth and put extra charges on for insurance to pick up. But hey, I hear all about the wonderful trips he takes the 2 times a year I see him.

MY ex worked for a guy that rarely did fillings. She thought he was waiting until they needed a $2,000 crown to fix the tooth. She didn't trust him so she got out of there as soon as she found a better place.

Yes but if you Graphene your teeth you'll only have to clean them once a year!
