My Tremor is not built yet but working on selecting a Canopy. I have always had Leer Canopies but may choose another Brand. I will give my criteria and then why don't we talk about Brands, what you have, likes/dislikes, features, quality, etc.
My needs:
-Cab height
-Color matched (Cyber Orange)
-Rear glass frameless door preferred.
-Side windows must open for air flow for dogs. I am considering the pop our rear window style so I do not have to go up into the canopy to open a 50/50 slider window, or; I see some side pop up windoors that have a slider opening in the middle of the glass that would be easy to open from the outside (with the windoor popped out).
-full carpeted inside liner.
-front window needs a slider for cab access to truck slider window.

Once I get a build date or "in production"...do you feel it is safe to go ahead and order a canopy? I know it can take weeks to get one and with Covid issues...it may take even longer. ???

I am looking at Leer, SnugTop, ARE. The RSI SmartCap is really nice and actually a good comparison price but it comes only in black, requires assembly and 4 people to mount it and has no carpeted liner of any kind.

Your turn: discussion, pros and cons, prices, likes and dislikes, opinions.

Photo is just to grab attention.
Thank you.

Our family business is in the truck cap industry. Typical lead time on fiberglass orders right now seem to be running 5 to 8 weeks. Two weeks used to be the norm, but not so much anymore since the pandemic.

I understand wanting your cap to be ready for when the truck comes in, but we always advise our customers to wait until truck comes in before ordering a cap as we've heard it happen that customer's truck came in wrong bed size, wrong color, damaged or for some other reason truck was not as it should be.
