Installing Dashcam - Interior Fuse Ignition Source

Been looking online but haven't found anyone mentioning the interior fuse panel and which fuse is an ignition source. I'm installing a dashcam and plan to hardwire using a fuse tap but need to find the right fuse to use.

Also, where is the interior fuse panel located? Drivers or Passenger side?
