Is this a known issue with these trucks? My tires are still decent, except for the inside of my front tires. The inner inch or so is totally worn flat. It’s even on both sides, so I’m thinking not an alignment issue, but maybe a factor set camber issue. I have kept them balanced and rotated religiously, hence the 61000 miles they currently have. Like I said, the rest of the tires still look great, tread-wise. I’m starting to suspect the dealer hasn’t been rotating the tires like they said they did (I request it every other oil change). Thoughts? Also, I rarely use the 4WD, except for a couple of times each winter in the snow.

If the rear aren't worn the same way then they haven't been rotating them.
But also if the toe is too far out that will wear the inside edge. If the toe is too far in that will wear the outer edge.
