In cabin fusebox, engine on only

I am trying to find a source to tap into, only when the engine is running. I know that there is the #19 fuse of the power steering in the engine bay, however I would rather avoid passing one more wire through the firewall if possible. Do you have an idea where I could tap into? It needs to be 12v to run a relay trigger. Thank you in advance.
