I.P. rattle and removal of top change tray 2019 XLT

I've got an annoying instrument panel rattle in my 2019 XLT. It is just to the left of the change/cell phone tray above the radio in the middle on the top of the instrument panel. I'm sure if I could remove this tray I could locate the rattle, but obviously don't want to damage the tray or the instrument panel. Is this tray held on by screws from the back? Or can it be safely popped out from the top?

It can be popped out. It is only held in in with 2 clips. Kind of a bear to get out but using some flat plastic removal tool will do the trick.
