Didn't you guys hear? You can only buy 0.91 Big Macs per hour with minimum wage when you used to buy able to buy 6! Times are hard on young people, it's not like it used to be. Though not for me. I'm living the American Dream, buying 6 of these an hour.

In terms of overall national health, 6.0 -0.91, that might be considered a good thing...

So I have to know, what is it with many different individuals lately coming on to this form and just go in absolute bad s*** crazy?!

To clarify I just happen to miss the recent bump stop conversation that I found to be quite hilarious actually. Not long before that we had the lovely engine oil cooler discussion that I'm pretty sure got deleted. I know it was a part of the oil cooler discussion and I don't see it anymore.

Don't get me wrong I do love it when we're able to share information and not go off the wall too much when possible. Obviously we are going to throw jokes and some birdies at each other just because we can. But all in all we do pretty good at keeping things pretty well. Out of all the forms I have been on, this is definitely been the best one.

Due to my recent purchase a couple months ago and now on the frontier forms with @RedDakooter05 and I have to say many of their members are also special to say the least. Also unfortunately they're ignored button doesn't work the same way as ours does. It's a sad time.

So again I have to ask. What's with all the crazies coming over all of a sudden?
Gonna miss ya Frenchy! Please have them spell my name correct for my special member plaque ?

When I had my pacemaker with the defibrillator installed ( I had to graduate from the standard pacemaker , I had my cardiologist do every heart test out there to know what I might be up against, he did the dye test along with ultrasound on my heart, aorta and carotid arteries, when he finished he said Mike if you have any plaque in there I can't find it. So I said looks like I'll keep eating steak and using real butter, he started laughing at me

Same when I got a blood test. He said I was perfect, cholesterol and all, and I said "Ok I'll keep eating 6 eggs a day." Should have seen the look on his face. He said he would have told me to stop that but after seeing the results "just keep doing what your doing".

The eggs, steak and dairy myth is just that, its refined sugar, reverse corn syrup, trans fats, and highly processed foods that are the long term killer. The body just can't deal with them properly.

Don't forget about seed oils too. I started making my own salad dressing (oil and vinegar) to get away from seed oils.

Yummy!

That's true, I did forget olive oil is the go, people have been using it for 1,000's of years without harm.
Also artificial sweeteners are one of the largest uncontrolled experiments ever conducted.
Canola oil runs well in diesel engines.

What oil do you use if not vegetable oil for your salad dressing? Isn't most vegetable oil some type of seed oil, like soy or Canola (rapeseed)?

Olive oil, which is actually a "fruit oil".
I can't get my wife to buy the good stuff. Just the other day she brought home a bottle of canola. If I did the shopping I'd bring home avocado oil all the time. It has a higher smoke point so it is more versatile.

Avacado oil is pretty good too.
What now fills me with some dread is that so many fish'n chip shops used, and still use, in this country -cotton seed oil because cotton is a big crop in my state and the next one down and thus it's cheap. When I think of all the chemicals and pesticides they spray on cotton...
