How do you manually adjust seat hight

sorry height, I pumped the lever and the seat moved down but it will not go back up. I have tried both sides, in and out of the seat. What am I doing wrong??

Been there, done that, got the T-shirt. Lane keeping wasn't working in the wife's new car. Took it to the dealer, told the service writer, she got the tech. The Tech (who I know) smiles, walked me out, and pushed the little button on the end of the turn signal stalk. The Tech didn't let me forget that one for a while.
