Gotta carry cash for some things! I saw London was putting up license plate readers to tax people for driving into the city an citizens are tearing them down. Restricting movement is a big priority for the new world order hence the "15 minute city" concept. Us lowly plebs will live in giant high rise buildings with everything we need within a 15 minute walk or bike ride.
