This reminds me of my previous Chevy Volt. I was changing winter tires to summer tires (or vice versa) and had the torque wrench adjusted to 150Nm as specified. However at 100Nm the bolts turned squishy and gave away.
Freaking amateurs... There should be a "drivers license" for buying a chainsaw.Holy Frijoles
Based on some of the idiocy that appears online, now the chainsaws probably have a warning label to not lick the chain while it's running.Freaking amateurs... There should be a "drivers license" for buying a chainsaw.
When I first changed the suspension on my forester I was tightening the top bolts using the ugga ugga method. All suspension bolts I had tightened prior had taken 3 ugga uggas. Apparently the top bolts only get torqued to 10 ft/LB or some low value. This reminds me of my previous Chevy Volt. Seems that the dealers tech had just used pneumatic impact wrench without torq limit to put the wheels into place and damaged the bolts. Had all bolts replaced on all wheels from dealers pocket.
No surprise tho, since their tech forgot to bolt the passenger seat in place after one repair which required access to a panel under the seat.
Never ever will I visit that dealer since cars are not roadworthy after their repairs.
