My assumptions:

#1 - Somewhere in Texas someone was casting concrete pavement. His (pre-)teen kid was watching concrete dry with a scooterboard. At the same time a helihunter was chasing & shooting a wild boar pack but one of the smaller one's got away and hit the kid. Kid stumbled upon the concrete, while the wild hog fell to the concrete. Rest is internet meme.

#2 - To alleviate the shock of the hog incident to the kid, his parents took him to ski resort. Instead of following the slopes he decided to go off skiing and thought that he was great in freestyle. He wasn't.
