Hood Mount for Lights from 2013 Taco

I was getting ready to pull the plug and spend $90 for the RangerLift mounts for the ditch lights when I can across a set of hood mounts from my old Tacoma.

I decided to try them out, and to my surprise the fit exactly and clear everything.

Super sturdy and are the Fab Four mounts, I have the old receipt and they were only $35.00 very sturdy.

Going to sent them off for powder coating. Then I am mounting cubes.

Powder coat completed. Now to figure out how to get wiring into cab.

Nice find. eBay has the 2013 Tacoma mounts for 30 bucks. For that price it’s hard not to get em.

Curious to see if the driver's side wiper hit the bracket. I ordered a set of 2005-2015 Tacoma brackets and it fit but the driver's side wiper hit the bracket. The interference is significant enough that it shuts down the wipers in the vertical position. Just curious to see if anyone else had issues with this.
