Could be damaged cords. I would 1000% take it back and get a new tire.

For a new or farily new tire its a small suprise there. I have seen it wheere it dips in but not out. Curious of what tires you have

Look at the possibilites:

Take it in for immediate replacement, and you might get a new tire.
Keep driving it, and you're family might get a mega liability payout for your untimely death.
