The Ranger deletes, recalls, price gouging and spectacular customer service supporting the greater good of Farley's compensation...

Who is more overpaid? Farley @ $21m or Goodell (NFL) @ $63.9m? Vote with an emoji:

Farley ? Goodell ?

I went to Costco and got there about 15 minutes before opening. I had a nice older gentleman come over and admire my Ranger along with asking many questions about it. Turned out he had a low mileage 2015 F150 Platinum that was like new he was getting ready to replace. He recently went to his Ford dealership to buy a Lightning after having gotten some pricing information last year. His family has been dealing with the same salesman for years that told him Ford was pushing over 100 Lightnings on the dealership this year and that he doesn't recommend a good customer buy one now as there still are some issues with the batteries and range in our climate. He got a price anyway and was really mad seeing a 20k increase in price over the quote last year that put it over 100k with tax and the 2k home charging plug install. I think he is going to get a Ranger or Tachoma instead now as he no longer needs a big truck. I wonder how many EVs will actually be sold at these inflated prices and even tax credits don't mean much to older buyers with lower incomes and cash in the bank. Here in NY they are talking about taxing EV drivers by miles driven that will be another hit operating cost plus registration cost is by weight. Not sure many will be sold around here even with Ford packing dealerships with them.
