Hey guys, found a guy who can do custom vinyl orders. Well, for now he is just customizing a print that I will be paying for and then sending to somebody who can print it for me.

This guy is willing to do other custom orders, so let me know if you are interested.

I created a poll, because I value all of your feedback. Well, most of you!

Below is a picture of my truck, along with the two drafts that have been created so far. If you think it needs some changes, pick the right selection and leave me some comments below.

Also, you can make multiple selections so if you want one or like one more than the other, but also think it needs some changes, please include that.

Any type of decal, whether it's a flaming hood, racing stripes, side lines, lettering, ETC will change the look of your vehicle. I'd say "go for it." Nothing wrong with changing the appearance.

Decals on your truck is a great way to personalize the look.
Personally, I would not get any that say "Ranger" of any style, as there are enough decals that
indicate this is a Ranger.

I think I'd go with the second choice just because it's a little less busy, and might pop more? Don't think you can go wrong. Like Figarou said, any decal will change the look and the pieces you are considering aren't the sort of thing that will look gawdy or unpleasant. (Also I'm a little biased toward that sexy black on blue combo )

You may regret having yet another set of "RANGER" branding on your truck. On your grill, on your tail-gate, o your windshield, now on your sides. Been there, done that. Thought it was nice, then realized I was stating the obvious on all sides of my truck.

when you dump this one and buy a new one, how much of a loss will you be taking on all these mods you keep adding?

In this market I dare say if you sell it privately you can probably recoup a good chunk of it. I know in my area I could sell mine at a profit to some trust fund white kid with daddy's construction company money. lol

The Ranger on the grill is gone… but yeah, I get your point. I feel like it needs more black in that sea of blue. For me it helps the cap blend in more, kind of like your truck with all the black overlanding equipment you got. Question, did you do all that vinyl yourself? If so, how hard is it to cut and do it as good as yours is? I figure there are professionals for a reason, so it’s a bit intimidating for me. The thing is, the guys here want to charge too much imo. Thanks for your feedback.

The graphics I do myself. I keep them simple and buy my vinyl and knifeless tape on Amazon. There is a learning curve to laying vinyl, but its nothing overly complicated. A heat source of some sort is a must.

For anything else I use lettering.com

I like the second one, but no matter what…if you put in on and don’t like it, you can always remove it.

Been thinking about changing my FX4 sticker for something like this. But I want it much smaller, like the size of the Tremor decal.

They make a smaller version then what I'm looking at but it says tremor instead of ranger. I dont care for my tremor decal.
