I shoot a lot of 22lr myself. I have a Stevens click clack semi auto I got from my dad. Best I can figure it's at least 70 years old. also a couple of Henry's and a S&W compact 22. Just picked up a North American Arms Mini revolver W/the folding grip. About 120 rounds and it shot fine. Not a long distance shooter, but fun just the same.

HEY! Where was my invite?!?! ?
Oops....

Man next time I need to put the Gatling Gun on the hood of the ranger and get a pic. LOL

Actually the 9mm one would look better because it's bigger. My buddy owns them he is an retired B52 Pilot... Fun times. I own the HK stuff and the M11 and an M16... Looking for a Sten man this stuff went up to much. :(

:)

Im picking up a new 1911 today after work :) im excited. But not too excited. My expectations are low as its a turkish made import. hopefully it is not a turkey- despite being thanksgiving etc. its a homage (knock off) of a ww2 service model. similar -ish markings without breaking laws etc.

If its a Tisa you'll love it! Had a Tisa 4" commander. Tight and accurate. Was a great 1911

It is a Tisas. You are correct, this thing is nice. Way nicer than the price made me expect! i got it on sale for 300 and tax. the fit and finish on the outside is nearly perfect. no big obnoxious markings came with two magazines, cleaning brush, cleaning rod, lock, two discount cards with codes for stuff from the manufacturer and the nicest plastic case ive ever seen a gun come with.
as far as ww2 knock off its pretty darn close. one would have to be a gun fan to know much difference. markings different and finish is cerakote instead of parkerized. i hope it shoots well.

My commander I had was right in there with my Springfield loaded for accuracy and I was shooting reloads!

Stopped after work to shoot the LCR 22. Tried CCI standard velocity.....shot well but about 2 1/2" high. Aguila shot pretty well but the cases had trouble loading and ejecting. The Federal Punch was the most accurate and loaded/ejected great. Got 'er cleaned and loaded with Federal Punch!

It's a bit snappy, but not too bad.
I thought about getting the 9mm then I thought t myself do I really want to mess with the moon clips! Decided on the 22LR since I have an abundant supply......also have an abundant supply of 9mm so was not worried about feeding either!
