Terrible. Rollovers are already really bad accidents and voiding the warranty over it only adds insult to injury! Shame on you GM!
I really hope you actually read the article and are being sarcastic because if not you look real stupid rn lol

If you’re paying that much over MSRP for any GM vehicle you don’t need a warranty! (Chuckle) That will only add more insult to injury.

Now, legally don’t think they can do that. Any vehicle sold you can’t decide who gets covered and who doesn’t. If that were true every non woke GM owner would be screwed right now!?

Well with other things a lot of times warranties can't be transferred they are only good for the person who bought them, my lift kit for example has a lifetime but if I sell my truck (fat chance) the warranty doesn't transfer. You would have to include it in the terms and contract that it isnt transferrable and I very much doubt that they would be able to retroactively change it for existing cases but moving forward I don't see why they wouldn't be able to add that stipulation, generally with warranties as we have seen with ford and the whole flat tow debacle manufacturers have a lot of latitude and really have no legal incentive to play nice its more so a customer relations and pr risk. Granted I don't work in the service dept but from what they have told me and I have seen a lot of times they can do that kind of thing with impunity

Read it once for what it says, then read it again with sarcasm added and taking the person who wrote it their normal MO and you’re going to be pretty much on point. ?

Yeah lol I sadly dont know mountain that much (yet hopefully) and seeing how many people comment on articles and stuff everywhere without reading them and just assuming I had to be sure lol. I remember reading a story about a journalist who as an experiment wrote an article with one of the requisite flashy eye candy titles they always use that was super polarizing and when you read it the article was about something completely different and he studied the comments to see who had actually read it and who had proverbially just shot from the hip based on the title without even opening the link. The numbers were not encouraging....
