I mean... I can record a snippet of the DV+ in action, but you can't hear any difference whatsoever over stock. Its basically a stouter stock part. The VTA on the other hand...

so would you recommend the DV+or this I should go with the VTA.. I would like some blow off sound but nothing to where it would get annoying

Depends on if you like to hear the 'whoooooosh' or not every time the truck shifts. If not, just go with the DV+ as it'll hold boost better over stock. If you do like the 'whoooosh' then you'll need the VTA.

YEah that's the big decision.. if you could post a video of yours that would be a big help. made my original decision from this video and you can hear the whoosh in both, more so in the VTA but still in the DV+

Mine doesn't 'whooosh' with every shift, only when I let off the gas.

Ahh fair enough, I guess the 10R80 shifts fast enough to not let the boost vent to atmo.

Is this different from the BOV that is $240 ? I'm interested
Yes this one upgrades the internals of the oem bypass valve. The full replacement replaces it and you get bov noise in the dual port or non noise just upgraded to metal in the plumb back.. both are on sale right now.
