Not a request. Just a random endorsement due to some over the top customer service. Checking on my dark/not blue badges (super critical.. much important.. yeah) since the black grill is showing up today.
Shipping canceled.
What? No email nothing. Money is gone for sure. Mild irritation follows as I could get the grill on this weekend maybe... depending on a few things. If not next Wednesday for sure.
I email at almost midnight Central. A short time later I notice a new email? Yep... new tracking number provided. Badges showing up Friday.
Dunno what happened to the original tracking but the stuff was well on its way and... not sure if that was someone working super late or early. Either way, unexpected. I didn't expect an answer that freaking late.
I'll keep ordering from you guys as my local place charges more (counting shipping) and is a bit annoying. They always act like I am bothering them by showing up to buy something.
Like the rockauto for actual Ford stuff that they don't sell. I'll use the before I go into the advance auto in walking distance of my house.
Thanks for the feedback Patrick and I am sorry for the scare. I honestly do not know all the details for this particular order/shipment but I am glad everything worked out.
