Front passenger seat rattle.

For about two weeks now a new rattle reared its ugly head. I emptied the cab twice trying to track it down, finally figured it out today. ?

I had one of those.. I made my wife sit in the back to check.. it was the plastic on the seatbelt clip banging against the seat. Added the fuzzy side of a velcro strip.. noise gone.

Glad you found yours. It's maddening. And your co-driver never hears it, it's like a scene from The Shining.

Good job!! The rattle I usually get is the other part of the seat buckle rattling against the door pillar area. Every time someone unbuckles, it manages to come to rest sideways and I have to reach over and flick it sideways.

Funny, I get the exact same rattle.

On my 2021 Ranger, saw that fuzzy piece of Velcro on the back of the buckle and I’ve been looking for where it would attach. Mystery solved.

I bought it new so it came like that.

Same on my 2019, just the passenger side, not the drivers.
Took me a while to understand, but it works.
Stops it from rattling, if it doesn't release straight.
Nice touch.
