Front fender height

I recently aquired a 21 tremor and a decent amount of work has been done to it. The front looks higher than stock. Can someone with stock tires measure from the ground to the bottom of the fender so I have a reference point.

Ok, not scientific at all, my wheels are turned 21 degrees, and my driveway is 7 degrees slope. Measured from the closest i could ground to fender closest to center of tire. Since my wheels are turned. Should be a more or less starting point
