Hello everyone. I got into an accident and My friend gave me the front bumper as a gift. But this bumper is without PDS sensor holes. Can I cut these 2 holes myself? I've measured distances from another Ranger but of course there will be a little difference. What do you think will it work?

Also, are there any other differences that jus 2 holes between the bumper with 2 PDS holes and without? (have Adaptive cruise control)

I know that there are some threads on owners who have upgraded the Front Bumper for the addition of winches etc. and some involved relocating the sensors.

I do not know (how precise) you need to be (Location) to the OEM, as someone who has actually relocated them will have to chime in on this. I believe owners have relocated these to avoid false sensor indications from the added accessories on the bumper.

So, being that you are stating (2) which 2 sensors are needing installed?
I think the most important is the brackets for them and how each bracket (mounts) alters the angle (position) of the sensor - so the outer & inner sensors work in unison for full frontal coverage.

If you are talking about the inners, here is a diagram to at least possibly get close to the OE Position in the valence cover, if any of the old one is left - you should be able to use the old one as a templet and ensure they are even height.
