Having a hard time getting these center sensors to keep
Quite.

I’m not able to figure out how to disable them or calibrate them? Does anyone have any suggestions? I’m wondering if someone like 5star can put this into a tune for me as I need to adjust the Speedo also.

Im only guessing but the dealer might need to calibrate them.

probably. I doubt sensors like these require calibration but with new technology it doesn't hurt to look into it and make sure.

I installed a Brush guard and had the same problem.

Since I had purchased the auto start stop eliminator I got to thinking if they could do the same thing with the parking aid.... So I emailed them and explained the situation. Travis at Auto stop eliminator looked into it and made a modification to the connector. It's on its way to me. I will update when I get it installed.

Just FYI, if you go this route you will need to contact them directly.

I installed it and it automatically turns off the parking aid. So no more warnings.

I finally got back under the truck to finish the skid plate. Warns instructions didn’t show this but I cut the stock tow hooks so that I could mount the brackets for the skid plate.

pretty self explanatory for most but figured I would share if it helps someone.

I spent and hour with a cut off tool and chop saw first it was a pain, ended up running down and getting a portable band saw took 5 minutes. Good excuse for another tool.

Figured I would post pics of the auto stop install for the parking sensors. Straight forward but it’s a pain to figure out how to get the connector out. I assume this is probably posted on another thread somewhere?

You’ll need a t-20 Torx screw driver.

there are four torx20 screws two in the front and two in the back, you’ll need to pull out the plastic tray in the back to access as well as a small plastic cover in the front.

Hardest part was to get enough room to reach in and press the clip on the side of the connector to push out the button.

install the auto stop with the right connector and put it back together.
