This shit really works, you should try also.Maxwell Honey Mead seems to be good tasting.
P.S. Not a Friday, but we have this pre-May day thing for mead (sima). It's not like the original mead, but some lemon, brown sugar & yeast topped with raisins. But good thing to check back to the original roots of the mead (of which we have watered down no honey version for some cultural reason - can't figure out where in 1800-1900 we lost the original)
P.S. Again, not a friday.. but hey, we have the Feast of the Ascension as day off tomorrow.
