Hi Folks

New to the forum and unable to find anything concrete on the 'missing GUI tab' with the search function.

Bought a OBDlink MX+ dongle on BF for my PX3 wildtrak and downloaded the Forscan windows app with the extended license. Everything connects fine but I'm unable to do any changes, especially getting the GUI to show? I tried connecting without loading the profile with no success.

Any suggestions how and where to get the GUI visible for easy modifications?

Regards

Not to de-rail your thread...

But can you post up all the "hardware" I need to be able access FORScan?

I'm new to this computer process "FORScan" in general; where can I get started to better understand how to access/use?

I'm planning on installing aftermarket amps & need to figure out how to disable the "fake-engine" sound while retaining the factory headunit... I'm finding out there's some type of sound level/parameter that needs adjusting before turning up the amp's gain too!

Also just starting out with the whole Forscan-thing, once you have the correct hardware (I bought OBDLINK MX+ on Amazon) and the forscan app on your computer it's quite easy to make any changes (ALWAYS make sure you backup the relevant sections before changing any values).

I used the below references to get started
