Hi All,
An aftermarket head unit was installed in a 2018 Ford Ranger T6 with the SYNC system. To replace the factory head units the Connects2 CTKFD40C Kit was used. All steering wheel control functions and control over the sync system was retained. However, the only issue arose was that the Lock.unlock button in the dash don't seem to function. Any ideas on what can cause this? Is there any other option for locking/unlocking the vehicle while it is running?
