BTW, what antenna are you using? I tried a 2' Firestick with a spring base but it was too heavy and shook my lamps too much so I went with a cheap whip from Amazon...
4” fire stick w spring , it’s holding up bc i put crappy lights on they aren’t too heavy and just the one set (love those rigid though!)
I may take the spring off bc she bends something fierce when I’m on the highway..
I’m going to put an external PA on the left bracket and have some fun with that
May come in handy when the FL militia forms with all the BS going on LOL
Are you running the radio on the 30 amp or 10 amp switch? I switched to 30 bc i had an extra i know they draw some power

They're running off the cig socket...my Uniden is pretty much a basic unit for group chat at close distance LOL...
