Ford Pass troubleshooting

Mobile app can no longer find my Ranger via the "Your Location" . Always shows, "Unable to Locate".
I've checked the phone and app settings and re nstalled the ford pass app with no luck

Anyone have any experience with this issue

I had the same issue. Just uninstall the app from your phone and reinstall it. Log back in a WHAMO PRESTO CHANGEO.. Good to go!!

That's what I had to do. Works fine for me since then.

I tried this on mine and now have to wait for authorization from Ford Pass before it will work, however my Ford Escape that was on the previous App came up right away on the reinstalled App.
