Looked and couldn't find here or on web.. My fogs quit working and there's a noise now, apparently it's a bad relay. Where is the relay located and what is the part number? Also might there be a aftermarket upgrade for it? I did install auxito led's a few years back. Thanks in advance!

There is not a fog lamp relay that is replaceable - it’s internal to the BCM- you need to hook up scanner for code and determine which fog lamp is tripping the internal protection (FET)
I suspect a bad light assy (shorted) to ground - if you are hearing a click is a good sign the BCM is not fried
Check both lights for integrity and harness if you do not have scanner

You will most likely see code B1147 for Left or B1148 for Right

other possibilities is bad headlamp switch or fog lamp switch.
If you have Bambi Mode - try cycling headlamp from low to high beam- it may be stuck in transition between the (2) as they would normally trip off when you move to high beam
