FINALLY BALANCED!!!!! They re calibrated the road force moved some weights around and its 100 times better. Front end feels stiffer, but that just means I'll get coil-overs in the future.
Definietly relieved. Also when they ordered the wheels from KMC, KMC said they did not need to install rings so KMC did not send them. They did order them for me just in case I wanted to try it out. But for now I'm very pleased. The ridge grapplers are easily the quietest MT/aggressive AT I've driven on.
Also I asked about the PSI and they showed me the nittos spec sheet for it and 40 psi made sense. Still going to do a chalk test tomorrow to make sure. Thanks for all the advice everyone.

I would put the hub centric rings on. I have a set of KMC on our Pilot and we have them. I used to do tires/wheels in my teens and we always ordered them.

Glad it seems resolved. Chalk test is really the only way to tell but you can also contact Nitto. Their tech support is great. I asked them what I should set my Ridge Grapplers on our Honda Pilot and sure enough, they recommended for my vehicle weight, 29-30 PSI if I recall. I run them at 32PSI though and on long road trips bump them up to 38psi.

I went with P rated Falkens on my truck, same size as OP, barely noticeable ride comfort change. I also did a sort of hybrid level lift, 2 inch readylift ( top and bottom shims) plus the Bilstein 5100s. I didn't want to lose ride quality for the sake of lift.

Initially I had a vibration at highway speeds but after removing all weights and road force balance it's as smooth as glass.

Good to hear, did you end up doing a chalk test?

Just got my FX4 leveled and upgraded to 285/70/17. Looks great, my only complaint is the new ridge grapplers are ridding a bit rougher than I was expecting compared to the hancooks. I feel the road a lot more. It’s something I can get used to but I want to make sure it’s not something else. First I thought it was a balance issue but it ride pretty smooth on fresh flat pavement.
The level is a RC 2.5 inch kit installed by a local shop. Pics below!

Do you have any rubbing issues in the front with the crash bars?

Did you need any spacers? I’m living in MA where they are illegal so I’m looking for anyone else without them on this tire size/level height combo.
