E-brake Boot/Boot Ring

Hey all,

I was looking to replace my e-brake boot, because it’s come loose, but it seems that I may need to replace the ring that goes underneath the boot as it looks like some of the clips may be broken or bent.

Does anyone know where I can get one?

I found a website (RedlineGoods.com) that has the boot, but it doesn’t seem to have the ring that the boot is attached to.

Try a junk yard for a wrecked truck to get one. You could also buy a new one from Ford parts.

I would pull it and inspect it, if unable to repair or secure it properly, then the only way to get the locking base is to purchase the complete boot assembly and then use that one to swap the Redline boot to it.
Ironically my boot is also cracked and awaiting my Redline replacement boot.
So, if you are upgrading the boot anyway, it's cheaper to find one on Ebay / Salvage Yard as Ford wants $87.00 for the boot.

I called one junkyard and the guy literally said “oh no man, 2019 is too new of a truck” lol. I just bit the bullet and bought a whole new assembly from Ford.
