Anyone else's shoes keep hitting the driver side floor vent? This is with standard tennis shoes, not even my work boots. I where size 10 so its not like I am trying to get clown shoes up in there.

I'm about ready to get the knife out and start modifying. A replacement one is only about $25 if I need to replace it after I hack it up.

No idea how you're seated but I have 0 issues with size 12s.

Hi Geo,

There is an older thread on this topic. Seems to affect some and not others. I recall trimming is an option.

I wear a size 11 and didn't even know there is a vent up in there.

I think the ones that don't notice it are the ones that only brake using the bottom right corner of the pedal.

I am going to chop it up tonight. ✂

9.5 inch from vent to the floor. Yikes.
Next two are after I trimmed it. Easy to do.

Cuts easily with a utility knife. Blows more on my feet instead of my legs now too but may modify more come winter time, I like toasty feet.
I removed the lower panel (access panel to fuses) to see what I was working with.
