Dome Light stayed on (?)

So went to the store tonight, and driving there the dome light stayed on the whole time after leaving home. Usually goes off after 15/30 secs once started. Went in, got my stuff, still on when I got back and on the whole way home. Parked in the garage, on for 15 mins or so and finally went off. No alerts of open doors, etc. on the display. Will see how it is going to work tomorrow. Anyone ever have this? 4 door, XLT

Do a simple check. Make sure all doors are shut properly(some time you might not get the warning with this). Also make sure you didn't bump the dome light by accident since we are all prone to mistakes. I know it sounds dumb but for all we know that is the problem.

Well the switch was working this AM and light goes off now. Not sure what was with it last night, as it didn't go off when switched that way
