Covid vaccines eased pandemic off enough for family gatherings on Mothers day, smoked my first whole brisket, made my own marinade (24 hours in marinade) my own rub, then 12 hours in the smoker... yum!

Just cubed up.the remainder and have a pot of green beans and new potatoes simmering on the stove, loaded with brisket and still have a pint bag of meat leftover for later , it's in the freezer now.
