Just got the Deep Sleep Mode notice. Truck has sat less than 7 days. Truck has been on a tender since parked. Battery is fully charged over 12.8. Anyone else get notice this early? It apparently does not detect accurate voltage before doing this.

HI Cocheese72,

Most folks here have reported it occurs after 14 days of not being started. Not sure what is happening to your vehicle other that it might be a parasitic load. Do you have a Stock vehicle or have you done any electrical mods?

I got one of those messages last summer while on a 2 week backpacking trip. I believe it happens when the truck isn't started for 7-10 days to save the battery from going dead from the parasitic draws from the modules. This is normal, it has nothing to do with what the battery voltage is.

Not that it probably matters since you're using a tender, but voltage ratings aren't what matters when you're cranking an engine. The cold cranking amperage available is what matters. So just because you show 12.8 VDC doesn't mean the battery is in the right condition to actually start the truck.

I got that message twice last week. It sat maybe two days and gave me the warning. Took it out for a 12 mile drive, parked it and then got the message again that night. Not sure why and I didn't have anything plugged in at the time. I haven’t received any more messages since and it stars everytime.

I only received the message once. Last Christmas when I was away it notified me on the 14th day. There are times mines parked for 2-3 days and never received one. Probably another glitch in the FP app.

May be the app. Been getting messages about ford pass not responding as well. Previously for messages about remote features disabled after about 2 days.
