It works like typical "glow in the dark" plastic, You have to illuminate it for a while with sunlight or a flash light and then it will glow for while in the dark.

Installing Dean's bezel was literally the first thing I did when I got my STX Ranger home last Saturday.

I always blame my wife but “Rarely” is it her fault for straightening up my mess. I know that first bezel ring is still in the same shipping envelope but where? I have too many little projects going on at the same time.

You are welcome sir! I will have you know there were several revisions to make it a perfect solution. In addition, there were several steps added to the manufacturing that ensure a consistent product. It is not just 3d printed and thrown into an envelope. There is hand finishing that goes into each item. The item is subjected to measured gauges to ensure accuracy. There is a final QC check before it ships.

These are the things you learn over a lifetime of experience. Beware that there are few that are trying to offer alternatives. Their volumes are low and I don't think they have taken QC control into account.

I am a long standing ebay member with outstanding feedback. That means I will do everything to make it right. My love of Fords will ensure this.,

Worth the $10, fits perfect. Make it your own or leave it factory black...I used the FX4 logo for inspiration.

Flew out to SLC yesterday to pick up my new Ranger, 702 miles later and back home in California today. I was baffled by the lack of detail on the ignition bezel from the factory. Searched a solution, saw this post and ordered immediately. This is the first of many additions to come.

BTW wanted to share that my average MPG for the trip was an amazing 31.0

Wow - that mpg is pretty good.

Best I have seen on highway is 27mpg. But you know what? I am not disappointed at all.
This 2.3L ecoboost is nothing short of amazing.

Nice paint job ryano_ranger! Best customer paint job I have seen thus far.
